The End. For Now.

I really can not believe it's been over three years that I have been blogging away. (Here's my very first post, if you want to see me just as the adventure ensued....) During the past few years I have seen so very many dreams come true and goals achieved, creatively, in my life. 2013 found me taking a leap forward into less hours at my day job and more pursuing of freelance work. That, too, a dream come true.

What happens, though, as dreams come true is that you find there are still dreams that are deeper. For me, the ultimate goal has never been to be a "solo act" in creating. I have wanted to establish myself as an artist and designer, but always with a goal of being a part of something bigger than I could every accomplish on my own. My deepest desire is to be part of a team of people, creating and serving both locally and globally. 2014 is my year to seek those partners out.

Honestly, I am not entirely sure where this journey will take me. What I do know, now, is that my next step will be to work towards turning this site into a portfolio for my art and design. I am not sure, at all, what future blogging will look like, which is why this is my last post. For now.

In the meantime, if you want to, you can keep up with me on Twitter and Instagram (aimeebsiegel) and I will (undoubtedly) continue to pin away here. Keep an eye on the Etsy shop too...I plan to keep it active and full of bright, happy things as much as possible.

Here I am. Standing of the brink of so much. So much that I have no clue about..yet. But, even now, my parting words to you would be: take a step. Whatever that risky, uncertain step is that keeps popping up in your heart. Take it. More than likely it will lead to a dream - after dream, after dream - coming true.

Merry Christmas to you all! Thank you for sharing in my journey - here's to a Happy (Brand) New Year ahead!
